Brady Singer talks about reaching out for the hot shot that hit his hand with Jeffrey Flanagan.
“I’ve [done that] my whole entire career,” Singer said. “And I need to pay attention to the shift more. I think there’s no one behind me and then you see two guys waiting there with open arms.”
Mike Matheny talks about Ian Kennedy evolving out of the closer’s role.
“It’s nice to have different guys to fill those roles, including [Scott] Barlow,” Matheny said.
