The Kansas City Royals recently named their minor league pitchers and players of the month of May at Omaha (AAA), Northwest Arkansas (AA), Wilmington (A+) and Lexington (A).

Pitcher — RHP Trevor Oaks
Oaks posted a 2.05 ERA in five May starts, the third-lowest mark in the Pacific Coast League. After allowing six earned runs over his first two starts of the month, he gave up just one earned run over his last three outings before being recalled to Kansas City on May 30.
