Picollo's long, but so far unfruitful, quest to lure a big-impact bat to Kauffman Stadium will continue. Whether Picollo finally hits paydirt remains to be seen — after all, the free agent and trade markets don't open until after the World Series ends — but Picollo's search promises to be the focus of Royals fans starving for a boost at the plate.
