Brett Eibner drove in the game’s first run with two outs. Casey Kotchman and Moises Sierra delivered back-to-back two out RBI singles. Four of the Storm Chasers seven hits (all singles) came in the first.
That was more than enough for starter John Lamb, who allowed two runs on four hits over seven innings. He struck out ten. Scott Alexander followed with two perfect innings of relief to earn his fourth save.
