The Kansas City Chiefs were expecting big things from second-year wide receiver Xavier Worthy in their Week 1 opener against the Los Angeles Chargers. Unfortunately, the former first-round pick out of Texas was injured on the first offensive series of the game when Travis Kelce collided with Worthy, forcing him to exit and miss the rest of the game.
Worthy's absence would have been a big enough blow on its own but considering Rashee Rice is out for five more games and we don't know the status on Jalen Royals and when he'll be back, that takes three wide receivers out of the equation for Kansas City.
