While updates on Xavier Worthy's shoulder injury have trended in the right direction leading up to the Kansas City Chiefs' battle against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2, the short-term diagnosis has changed in terms of his potential availability.
On Saturday, the Chiefs declared that Worthy is officially out in their home opener against Philly. The Eagles are scheduled to visit Arrowhead on Sunday afternoon in an exciting rematch between both competitors in Super Bowl LIX.
