Tim Grunhard to be inducted into Chiefs Hall of Fame this season

Through their official Twitter account, the Kansas City Chiefs announced on Saturday that former player Tim Grunhard will be inducted into the Chiefs Hall of Fame this season.

Grunhard, 52, played for the Chiefs from 1990 through 2000, missing just seven games during an 11-year career that was part of the team’s resurgence as a contending team during the 1990s.

“We are excited to welcome Tim as the newest member of our Chiefs Hall of Fame,” Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt said in an official statement. “In 11 seasons with the club, Tim was a stalwart on one of the most talented offensive line groups in franchise history.
