ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Amid a three-game losing streak and what some would consider a botched quarterback switch last week, first-year Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott does not have much time this week to stop and reflect upon his first game as a head coach against his mentor, Andy Reid.
Yet as McDermott tries to pull the Bills out of a slump Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, it is notable he is attempting to beat perhaps the NFL coach who knows him best.
"We talk continuously," McDermott said Wednesday of his relationship with Reid.
