Fans in attendance at last night’s Kansas City Royals game not only saw an incredible performance by starting pitcher Jason Vargas, but they also got a glimpse of the future of the Chiefs as well as quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce took in the Royals’ game against the Indians on Friday night at Kauffman Stadium.

On the night, everyone in the stands, including Mahomes and Kelce, should have been pleased with the final results as Vargas pitched a helluva game for Kansas City, tossing a shutout and allowing only seven hits and one walk while striking out three.
