The Kansas City Chiefs take on the Oakland Raiders on Sunday — the first game after their bye week. Their quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, spent his week off not by traveling to his hometown of Tyler, Texas, but instead staying in Kansas City.
“I was up here pretty much every single day except maybe for the day of my gala,” said Mahomes on Wednesday. “It was a good week to get back and see how the season has went with the highs and the lows and understand what we need to do in order to be better.
