The NFL has named Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for September.

Through four weeks of the season, Mahomes has already thrown for 1,510 yards and 10 touchdowns — but has yet to throw an interception. Combined with his completion percentage of 67.9, his passer rating is now 120.4 — tops in the NFL.

Mahomes was named the AFC offensive player of the week after Week 2, after he passed for 443 yards and four touchdowns in the 28-10 defeat of the Oakland Raiders.
