Two years of an offensive slump, relatively speaking, will have an effect, but Patrick Mahomes still reigns supreme as the league's top quarterback in the minds of those in and around the NFL.
The results of this year's ESPN quarterback rankings are in, and Mahomes is, once again, at the very top of the list, per reporter Jeremy Fowler. It's the same post he held in 2024 and 2023 (and so on).
This year, as Fowler details in the column, Mahomes' grip on the first-place perch has loosened a bit, but that's to be expected.
