The Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Green Bay Packers 27-19 on Sunday night. Head coach Andy Reid addressed the media after the game.
“They made plays,” said Reid simply. “They used the clock, let it run down to like five seconds and below, and they were getting first downs. You have to get off the field on defense, and you have to stay on the field on offense and not shoot ourselves.”
Green Bay set the tone with back-to-back touchdown drives to start the game. The first drive went 13 plays, taking nearly eight minutes off the clock, and the second went eight plays, taking up four minutes.
