Kansas City Chiefs safety Justin Reid fills in at kicker, makes PAT

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Safety Justin Reid was forced into duty as a kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs as they lost Harrison Butker with an injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Reid made the extra point after a touchdown and hit a kickoff out of the end zone after taking over for Butker.

TV replays showed Butker injuring his left ankle on the opening kickoff. The Chiefs said he was questionable to return.

Reid made a PAT for the Chiefs during the preseason.
