One week ago, an interesting curveball was being debated as to what the Kansas City Chiefs might do with regards to their perceived interest in free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick. So far, the answer is the same as every other team in the NFL who saw him work out in Riverdale, Georgia.
ESPN reporter Adam Schefter has word that “no teams have reached out to work him out, visit with him or sign [Kaepernick]” ever since he worked out for interested teams on Saturday, November 16.
The Kansas City Chiefs were among 20-something NFL teams who sent at least one representative to watch Kaepernick work out at the Atlanta Falcons facility in an oddly-orchestrated workout put on by the NFL.
