The Kansas City Chiefs were this close to a Super Bowl appearance in 2018. Adam Schein says they’ll likely be that close or all the way there in the next year and every subsequent season for some time.
The NFL.com columnist recently listed the teams with the biggest Super Bowl window in the National Football League, and Schein believes the Chiefs have it best right now for obvious reasons (that all start with Patrick Mahomes).
Not only do the Chiefs have one of the best quarterbacks in the game (if not the best) in Mahomes, a winner of the NFL’s MVP award at the age of 23, but they have him in the middle of his rookie deal.
