Not for the first time, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid tops his list — followed by John Harbaugh of the Baltimore Ravens, Matt LaFleur of the Green Bay Packers, the Buffalo Bills’ Sean McDermott and the New Orleans Saints’ Sean Payton.
