The Chicago Bears have committed to general manager Ryan Poles through the 2029 NFL season with a new contract extension, as first reported by Ian Rapoport. This is good news for the Kansas City Chiefs.
it might sound funny to think that an opposing team coming to terms on a second contract with its general manager would bode well for the Chiefs, especially a team in an entirely different conference. But Poles, as most of Chiefs Kingdom will already know, came to the Windy City from the Chiefs' organization in the first place.
Poles was hired away from Kansas City by the Bears back in 2022.
