Under the tutelage of Head Coach Andy Reid and General Manager John Dorsey, the Kansas City Chiefs have shown a great deal of improvement. Before the new regime, the Chiefs had fallen on hard times. From 2007 to 2012, they managed only one winning season, culminated by the 2012 season in which they finished with the worst record in the NFL at 2-14, earning the Chiefs the 1st overall pick in the NFL draft.
Since that time, the Chiefs have accumulated a record of 20-12 and posted back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 2005-2006.
