Former K.C. Chiefs running back Darwin Thompson is hoping a change of environment will lead to greater playing time and opportunities. Sam McDowell of the Star is reporting that Thompson has chosen the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad over the Chiefs, which means Kansas City is now down three players from those they cut (if they’d wanted to have them all back on the practice squad).
