The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the New York Giants 20-17 on Monday Night Football. Defensive lineman Chris Jones finished the game with two tackles, two quarterback hits and one of the two game-sealing sacks of quarterback Daniel Jones to clinch the game.
After the game, Jones joined the media and discussed the wrist injury that put him out of Kansas City’s defensive lineups in Weeks 5 and 6.
“I ended up tearing some ligaments in my wrist and I tried to play through it,” said Jones. “I don’t make no excuses for myself.
