Chiefs vs. Texans: Parker Ehinger is finally ready to help K.C.

Parker Ehinger is returning at just the right time.

Given the current state of the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line, reinforcement are a welcome addition from pretty much anyone. The Chiefs are not only missing their starting center Mitch Morse for the last couple weeks but now they’re also going without Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, their starting right guard, for the second consecutive week. The Chiefs have hopes for both players to return in the near future, but they won’t be available on Sunday night against the Houston Texans.

Fortunately, Ehinger is back. The former fourth round pick settled into the starting left guard spot immediately in training camp as a rookie last year and only gave it up when he was injured.
