General manager John Dorsey is always open to making trades. Throughout his time here, Dorsey has made a few of them ranging from the acquisitions of Alex Smith and Anthony Sherman to the departures of Kelcie McCray and today, Marcus Cooper.
Cooper was dealt to the Arizona Cardinals on Friday, bringing back a seventh-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. That might sound familiar, and it should. The Chiefs just traded that exact pick on Saturday for corner Kenneth Acker. In all reality, Kansas City traded Cooper for Acker.
