Chiefs sign former Jayhawk and UFL star after WR injuries shake up camp

Training camp hasn't exactly gone the way the Kansas City Chiefs have hoped, at least not when it comes to the wide receiver position. Both Hollywood Brown and Xavier Worthy have gotten dinged up in the padded practices and now the Chiefs need to bring in more reinforcements.

The Chiefs have agreed on a deal with UFL wide receiver Kwamie Lassiter II, according to James Larsen. If that name sounds familiar to some of you, that's probably because Lassiter played his college football at the University of Kansas tallying over 1,500 yards and seven touchdowns during his time with the Jayhawks.
