After the Kansas City Chiefs won their Week 12 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, fans then got to kick back and watch the games in the second window. One of those games consisted of the Las Vegas Raiders, who got blown out by the two-win (now three-win) Cleveland Browns who were starting Shedeur Sanders, a fifth-round rookie quarterback, for the first time.
The end result of that game forced the Raiders to backtrack on an offseason move that had been largely applauded by the talking heads in the media. Las Vegas made the decision to fire offensive coordinator Chip Kelly after it was clear that he wasn't the right guy to call the plays in Sin City.
