Chiefs release statements on Terrance Smith, Jordan Devey and Daniel Sorensen

Kansas City Chiefs head athletic trainer and vice president of sports medicine and performance Rick Burkholder spoke in front of the local Kansas City media Wednesday morning to discuss all the Chiefs injury-related roster moves from Tuesday.

He specifically discussed the injuries to linebacker Terrance Smith, offensive lineman Jordan Devey and safety Daniel Sorensen. Smith and Devey were placed on injured reserve Tuesday. Sorensen returned to practice on Wednesday.
