With the team’s mandatory minicamp now in the rearview, the Kansas City Chiefs made a trio of roster moves on Friday.
Veteran guard Tremayne Anchrum was released. The former Los Angeles Rams seventh-round selection joined the Chiefs on May 16.
Also on Friday, the Chiefs waived tight end Kevin Foelsch, only ten days after signing with Kansas City on June 11.
One of the roster openings will be filled with rookie center Joey Lombard, who officially joined the team on Friday. Lombard was one of four tryout players the Chiefs hosted this week at minicamp.
