The Las Vegas Raiders fall in the second category, as they're going absolutely nowhere this year and know they need to sell off pieces to help them improve for the future.
Kansas City Chiefs fans might not like hearing how the Raiders' latest trade was actually quite a big win for them. The Raiders traded wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for a fourth-round pick and a sixth-round pick in the 2026 draft.
