According to the NFL’s official transactions report form Saturday, the Kansas City Chiefs have elevated defensive tackle Marcus Harris from the practice squad for their Week 9 game against the New York Jets.
Harris notably made the Chiefs’ initial roster coming out of training camp only to find himself cut the next day as defensive lineman Bryson Eason and defensive end Jack Pyburn were added off waivers. Harris immediately signed to Kansas City’s practice squad.
The Chiefs elevated Harris for their first two games while Eason worked into the system, and the former Kansas Jayhawk played a total of seven defensive snaps.
