The Kansas City Chiefs have a day off from training camp in St. Joseph on Wednesday before a padded practice on Thursday, a day off on Friday and their first preseason game (against the Chicago Bears) at Noon on Saturday. Their first cut — to 85 players — will happen on Tuesday, three days after the game.
Another cut (to 80) happens on August 23, and the final cut (to 53) happens on August 30.
