Bashaud Breeland has worked his way back to the Kansas City Chiefs, putting whatever personal issues that forced him to be questionable for Thursday’s night’s game behind him. Matt Derrick is reporting that Breeland is active and ready to suit up in the Chiefs’ primetime game against the Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs had previously listed Breeland on the team’s injury report with the designation of questionable. He was not injured, but it was also not made clear to the media why Breeland was in danger of missing an important divisional showdown.
Breeland’s potential absence would have only exacerbated the team’s current injury issues that have plagued them for most of the season on both sides of the ball.
