Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs land one of the best big-play, over-the-top pass catchers in the draft. Rice is a solid player physically without overwhelming speed, though he plays with exceptional explosion, enough to create separation in the air and during his route. He can get into the air and finish with anyone, strong hands — and good hands.
