“I think there are a lot of different ways. Going into my seventh year now, there are a lot of different ways you can get ready for a game without throwing your body and hitting people in practice,” Hitchens explained. “It starts in the meeting room, with walk throughs and just with repetition. That’s how we got better last year - we got to practice early and we did walk throughs.
