Mock drafts were already everywhere and that’s before the regular season even came to a complete close this last weekend. Fortunately they are also getting more and more substantive as time goes on—as draft analysts add more than just the first few picks or even the full first round.
The latest from Matt Miller over at Bleacher Report gives us a look at a three-round mock, allowing us to see who the impact players in a full draft class could be for various teams and, for our purposes, the Kansas City Chiefs. Even without free agency and with less overall selections than other teams, it’s quite clear the Chiefs will be able to add some considerable talent.
