Watkins left the Chiefs’ Week 5 game against the Las Vegas Raiders and did not return after tweaking his hamstring. How many games will Watkins miss? Chiefs injury news around Sammy Watkins isn’t too bad as he’s set to likely miss 2 games or so. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Chiefs’ doctors “are still evaluating” the severity of Watkins’ hamstring injury. Kansas City faces the Buffalo Bills and the Denver Broncos over the next two weeks. If Watkins only misses two games, he would return against the New York Jets on November 1st. Look for Mecole Hardman, DeMarcus Robinson and Byron Pringle to get more opportunities with Sammy Watkins set to miss some games with a hamstring injury.
