The 2020 NFL Combine is in the books as all 32 teams, including the Chiefs, got a close-up look at over 300 NFL Draft prospects. Isaiah Simmons had a great week as the Clemson do-it-all defender is expected to be a top 5 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Could the Chiefs trade up with the Detroit Lions to select him #3 overall? Could Sammy Watkins or Chris Jones be part of a trade for the #3 pick? Chris Jones received the franchise tag last week and is still hoping to work out a long-term contract with Kansas City.
Sammy Watkins’ future with the Chiefs is very much in doubt as KC can release Watkins to save $14 million in cap space. If Watkins is cut or traded, what type of WR should the Chiefs target?
