The Chiefs still haven’t made a decision on Sammy Watkins, but if they cut him, WR becomes a need. Clemson’s Tee Higgins would give the Chiefs’ offense a different look as he’s a bigger body WR who can make plays on jump balls. TCU CB Jeff Gladney is rising up draft boards and brings attitude and physicality to the position. With Kendall Fuller signing in Washington, Gladney could plug in at nickel or CB right away for Kansas City. The Chiefs linebackers were slow in 2019, so why not add speed at the position with Kenneth Murray? Murray was a tackling machine at Oklahoma and would be a major upgrade at LB for KC.
