The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed third-round pick Yannick Ngakoue to his rookie contract. Ngakoue is the final member of the Jaguars' 2016 draft class to sign his rookie contract.
Contract numbers aren't released yet, but according to the slotting system, last year's No. 69 selection Tyler Lockett signed a four-year, $3,318,751 contract with a $786,751 signing bonus, according to Spotrac.com. Ngakoue will likely make a bit more than that.
Ngakoue finished his three-year career at the University of Maryland with 83 tackles, 33 tackles for a loss, and 21.5 sacks. He set the Maryland single-season sack record in 2015 with 13.
