With help of teammates, Jaguars CB Aaron Colvin moving on from suspension

Jaguars cornerback Aaron Colvin admits he was troubled by several thoughts in the days immediately after April 8, when he was hit with a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Colvin was concerned he would feel isolated in a locker room full of teammates, alone while sitting through positional meetings. Maybe he would be seen as an embarrassment.

That hasn’t been the case.

Teammates ensured Colvin never lost his focus amid a difficult situation, and his only concern now is doing everything he can to be fully prepared when he returns to the field when the Jaguars play at Chicago on Oct.
