The Jacksonville Jaguars might be content with Gardner Minshew and Joshua Dobbs on the roster prior to the NFL Draft, but that does not mean the front office won’t draft one if the opportunity arises in two weeks. It’s also possible the team may try to sign a veteran after the draft, knowing the status of other teams after the selection process.
