JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- If you want to buy a ticket to the Jacksonville Jaguars game against the Indianapolis Colts next weekend, you'll have to pay at least $40 sit in the nosebleed section.
That's more than what some city council members will have to pay the team back for a seat in Shad Khan's luxury suite.
Council members said they thought the gifts were approved by the city ethics office but emails given to the First Coast News Investigators say they were not.
"Seemingly there was some misunderstanding that's being cleared up now," Council President Greg Anderson told First Coast News last week.
