Quarterback Trevor Lawrence got a bit of a slow start to training camp, but the Jacksonville Jaguars didn't fret, and why would they? The former Clemson Tiger was coming back from a serious shoulder injury he sustained last year. Couple that with the fact that he made tweaks to his footwork, and it's understandable that he was going to have some rough practices. Having said that, he's now hit his stride and is wasting no time rebuilding his stock.
Mia O'Brien of ESPN reported that Lawrence has been notably sharper the past few practices, pointing out that he was in the zone on Day 5.
