Mock draft season has already worn me out, but there’s no stopping the industrial draft complex this time of year. Todd McShay and Mel Kiper Jr. over at ESPN live for draft season and they are working at a fever pitch as we shoot towards the 2017 NFL Draft.
As has become a yearly tradition, the two draft gurus collaborated for a “dueling” mock draft recently, each posting their selections along side one another. For the Jacksonville Jaguars, the two analysts differed but they didn’t bring up any surprising names:
Kiper: Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama
The Jaguars are trying to be competitive, and I don’t think they’re giving up on Blake Bortles yet.
