Three interceptions, Hopkins haunt the Jaguars in 31-20 loss to Texans

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — After three-straight losses on the road, the Jacksonville Jaguars treated their home crowd to more of the same in Sunday's loss to the Houston Texans.

The 31-20 defeat was the Jaguars fifth loss in six games and second in the division in as many tries.

Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles pitched in disappointing effort. He completed 30-of-53 passes for 331 passing yards and three touchdowns but threw three horrific interceptions that not only cost the Jaguars points but created a score for the Texans.

Bortles entered the game with an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder and it showed, as the passer under-threw his receivers at times.
