The Jaguars came out of the 2019 draft looking like winners, picking a top five talent in Kentucky edge rusher Josh Allen with the seventh pick, and then using their second-round pick (35th overall) on Florida tackle Jawaan Taylor, someone who some analyst predicted Jacksonville to take with their first pick.
