Suspended Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI on Wednesday in Oklahoma, stemming from a December arrest.
TMZ reported Blackmon’s guilty plea and says he will be sentenced in June.
The arrest was Blackmon’s fourth in five years when he was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence in Ardmore, Okla.
Upon being pulled over at 2:46 a.m., Blackmon failed multiple field sobriety tests and was arrested. Blackmon was suspended indefinitely by the NFL in October 2013 after multiple violations of the league’s substance abuse program. He remains under contract with the Jaguars.
