During a three-hour interview with the Times-Union Sunday night, his first with a Jacksonville media outlet since his family took over the Jaguars in January 2012, Tony Khan talked about growing up in Champaign, Ill., his initial aspirations to become a basketball coach, joining his father’s business empire upon graduating from college, his purchase of a statistical service/software provider and the future impact of analytics on pro football.
