A day later, sixteen thoughts on the Jaguars’ 16-game regular season schedule, which was revealed Tuesday night:
1. The Jaguars wanted to get a better September schedule this year and they got it … home games against Carolina and Miami to start off. (The bad parts comes right after). The Dolphins’ 4:05 p.m. Week 2 game will be the first later afternoon game since the Jaguars played Cincinnati and Chicago in consecutive weeks in 2012.
2. Anybody else like me think a split is absolutely necessary out of the first two games? The Jaguars started 2013 with an 0-8 record and 2014 with a 0-6 record.
