Shoulder injury may sideline Jaguars OL Brandon Linder against Patriots

The Jaguars could be without their best offensive lineman for Sunday’s game at New England.

Right guard Brandon Linder injured his left shoulder in Wednesday’s practice and there’s a sizable chance he’ll be inactive against the Patriots.

“I’d say he’s 50-50,” Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said after Thursday's practice. “We’ll see as he goes through the rest of the week.”

Linder is coming off a stellar game against Miami star defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh in the Jaguars’ 23-20 win Sunday at EverBank Field. Suh recorded one tackle.

As a rookie, Linder established himself as the team’s most consistent linemen in his 15 starts.
