Shad Khan on Jaguars home playoff game sellout: ‘Our fans came through, just as I knew they would’

The Jacksonville Jaguars sold out their first home playoff game since 1999 within minutes of opening it up to the general public. With demand still high, the team looked for other ways to get people in the door — lift the tarps, sell standing room only tickets, whatever it took!

Those sold out too. That makes for 69,132 fans in EverBank Field next weekend.

Nice.

Owner Shad Khan was just as excited as we are for the game, thanking fans for responding in such a passionate way:

“It’s amazing. I’m also not surprised in the least.
